Guestlist rules

Five winners will be drawn at random on 4 December 2026 from the first 20 paid Healing Dancefloor orders. Each winner receives one personal guestlist entry to a Tinkerhell date of their choice, valid for 12 months after the draw.

Organised by DAZY (Alexis Heuls), sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France. 26 rue de la Banque, 75002 Paris, France.

1. Participation is optional and does not subscribe you to marketing. Select ‘Enter the draw’ before payment to participate. There is no additional entry fee: the price paid is for the tee and delivery, not for entry to the draw.
2. The promotion runs from 4 November 2026 until 4 December 2026 at 7 pm Paris time (6 pm UTC). Only payments confirmed within this period count. An unpaid or abandoned checkout does not count; starting a checkout before the deadline does not reserve eligibility.
3. The pool is limited to the first 20 paid Healing Dancefloor orders, ranked by confirmed payment time, including orders whose buyers do not participate. Multiple tees in one order count as one order. Payment-time ties are resolved by Stripe checkout identifier. Orders beyond the first 20 are not eligible.
4. The draw takes place on 4 December 2026, after the closing time, even if fewer than 20 orders have been paid. Five participating buyers will be selected at random, without replacement. One entry and at most one prize per buyer, identified by checkout email. If fewer than five eligible buyers participate, each receives one prize; no prize is guaranteed by a purchase alone.
5. Cancelled, refunded or disputed orders are excluded from the draw but keep their position in the first 20; later orders do not replace them. Declining to participate does not affect your order or your consumer rights.
6. Each winner receives one personal guestlist entry to a Tinkerhell date of their choice, anywhere Tinkerhell performs. The chosen date must take place within 12 months after the actual draw. The prize covers one admission for the winner only, has no cash alternative and cannot be resold. Its value is the standard admission price for the chosen date. Transport and accommodation are not included.
7. DAZY contacts winners privately at their checkout email. Winners have seven days to reply. If a winner declines or does not reply, a replacement is drawn from the remaining eligible participants, if any. Winners’ names and email addresses are not published.
8. To arrange admission, contact DAZY at least 14 days before the chosen date. DAZY coordinates the guestlist with Tinkerhell and confirms the booking by email. Venue age, ID and admission rules apply. Wait for confirmation before arranging travel. If the event is cancelled or postponed outside the validity period, choose another Tinkerhell date within that period.
9. DAZY uses the participation choice, payment reference, payment time and checkout email to administer the draw and contact winners. The private draw record uses a pseudonymous buyer identifier. These details are not used for marketing. Guestlist records are retained until three months after the prize validity period ends, then deleted, except where required to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Order and accounting records follow the separate privacy policy. You may withdraw from the draw or exercise your privacy rights by contacting DAZY before the draw; withdrawal does not affect your purchase.
